We need YOU! Trinity is looking for Substitute Teachers for 2025-2026 School Year for all grades and subjects.
Working as a substitute allows you to set your own schedule and you are not obligated to take a substitute teaching assignment if it doesn’t work for you, and because the role of a substitute teacher follows the school calendar, you are never asked to work over holidays like Christmas, Thanksgiving, and Spring Break. Please email rcantu@trinitymidland.org for more details.
Sports will be starting August 4th for Upper School and August 20th for Middle School. If your child is involved in any TAPPS sport, please review and complete the following information.

On behalf of the Trinity Charger Alliance (TCA), it is my absolute pleasure to welcome you to the 2025-2026 school year! Whether you are returning to our school community or joining us for the first time, we are so glad you are here. A new school year brings fresh beginnings, new goals, and renewed energy- and as always, TCA is here to support our students, staff, and families every step of the way.
The TCA is Trinity School’s parent organization that supports the entire student body through the three branches of Academics, Athletics, and Arts. The organization’s mission is to cultivate a strong school community, to enhance the student experience, and to aid faculty and staff through fundraising, volunteer efforts, and special events. As a member of the Trinity community, you are automatically a member of the TCA! There are many ways for you to get involved-big or small! From helping out at events to joining committees or simply attending TCA meetings, your participation makes a real difference.
For information on upcoming TCA events and links to the spirit store, gala website, and volunteer opportunities throughout the school year, please log in to your myTrinity account and locate the TCA resource box. We will also post event reminders and volunteer opportunities in the school’s weekly newsletter, The Charger, on the TCA’s Sign-Up Genius website, and on social media pages on Instagram and Facebook.
Please save the date for our annual fundraiser! The 2026 Gala, “Bloom: An Evening in the Garden,” will take place on January 24th at the Petroleum Club. Join us for dinner, dancing, live and silent auctions, “Trinity Traditions,” and the tuition raffle. This is the TCA’s biggest fundraiser of the year, and I hope you will make plans to attend! As a result of your overwhelming generosity at our last Gala event, the TCA was able to fulfill every Trinity School teacher, faculty, and administrator grant request in an aggregate amount of over $285,000.
The TCA continues to offer fun, fresh, and new spirit wear through the Charger Spirit Store. Now through July 15th, you can pre-order MS and US gym shirts, Varsity Trinity T’s, youth cheerleading uniforms, and football jerseys online at Charger Spirit Store.com. Additionally, we will host a larger pre-order online at ChargerSpiritStore.com from July 1st – July 31st. Don’t miss out - these t-shirts, sweatshirts, 1/4 zip shirts, and hats will only be available in all sizes during the pre-order. Order early to guarantee your size and show your Charger spirit.
The first TCA General Meeting of the school year will be held on September 4th at 8:15 am – please plan to attend! This will be an excellent opportunity to learn more about upcoming events and volunteer opportunities and catch up with friends, old and new. Please get in touch with me or any of the TCA Executive Board members with any questions or ideas.
As part of Trinity School’s Parent Connection Program, new families will be paired with a Parent Connector—a friendly, experienced Trinity parent ready to help you feel at home. Be on the lookout this summer for a warm welcome and helpful communication from your Parent Connector! They’ll reach out to answer questions, share reminders about upcoming events, and help you connect with others in your grade.
Already part of the Trinity community? Current families are also welcome to reach out to a Parent Connector in their division with questions.
We’re excited for another great year of connection and community!
