Chapel

Chapel is central to the daily life of the Trinity community. Each day students and faculty gather for worship in All Saints Chapel. Rooted in the Episcopal tradition, services remind the community who we are and to whom we belong. Through song, prayer, and the reading and proclamation of the Old and New Testament scriptures all are challenged to explore the deep questions of life and to strive to become the person God has created them to be. The Chapel ministry is under the direction of the Rev. Shannon Weisenfels.

Schedule

Lower School (Kindergarten - Grade 4) – 8:05 a.m. daily
Preschool (PreK-3, PreK-4) - 8:45 a.m. daily
Middle School (Grade 5 - 8) - 9:40 a.m. daily except Thursdays
Upper School (Grade 9 - 12) - 10:15 a.m. daily except 10:30 a.m. Fridays

Chaplain Shannon Weisenfels

Shannon Weisenfels grew up in East Dallas. She graduated from Texas A&M with a B.A. in English in 1998 and from Austin Presbyterian Theological Seminary with a Masters of Divinity in 2004. She served as Associate Pastor of Christian Nurture for eleven years at First Presbyterian Church of Midland. After a few years as a stay-at- home mom to her three kids, she joined Trinity School as part time Upper School Chaplain and is so happy to be joining the staff as all school Chaplain for the 2019-2020 school year.
